Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, content, and data analytics to develop effective ad strategies and align campaigns with business goals Coordinate assets and tags across Media platforms and ensure campaigns are delivering against KPI and proactively managing campaign execution Work with the campaign analysts to provide analytical insights to the client Ability to build strong relationships with clients, manage expectations, and campaign deliverable schedule Guide execution of customized strategy and recognizing performance of display and paid social campaigns of B2B and B2C clients across multiple platforms Stays current on industry insights and innovation, seeking to test/incorporate into campaign management activities A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continually improve campaign performance Strategize and execute media campaigns for our clients while keeping their business objectives in mind Help the sales team with the solutions and proposals during the sales process Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, content, and data analytics to develop effective ad strategies and align campaigns with business goals Develop and maintain performance reports on key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA) Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Business, with 6+ years of experience working on platforms like Google/Bing search, GDN, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc Proven track record in both B2B and B2C media campaigns Demonstrated ability to manage large advertising budgets and optimize for performance You should be comfortable with A/B creative tests and spend on scaling tests Excellent communication and project management skills Very strong keyword research skills In-depth experience with ad copies, campaign structure, landing pages, and campaign optimization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience in team management What sets you apart: Experience in both B2C and B2B campaigns Minimal dependency on content and development team for content and development of landing pages, respectively Experience with Native Ad platforms like Taboola, outbrain, etc High level of accuracy and attention to detail Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
