Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Operational Excellence in the aviation industry, your primary responsibility will be to lead process improvements, monitor team performance, and ensure accountability across various departments. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in structured environments and are enthusiastic about making a significant impact in a rapidly growing aviation company. Key Responsibilities: - Track and ensure completion of daily tasks related to recruitment, training, and operations. - Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), oversee team performance, and promote accountability. - Conduct audits to identify process gaps and ensure compliance with established procedures. - Maintain accurate documentation for training programs and records. - Manage trackers, Customer Relationship Management (CRMs), and dashboards to facilitate reporting and enhance operational efficiency. - Implement automation processes and ensure timely and precise data updates. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA in Business, Aviation, or Operations Management. - Mandatory experience in the aviation industry. - Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in process audits, training operations, or execution-focused roles. - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRMs, and reporting tools. - Strong skills in team coordination, follow-ups, and cross-functional communication. - Confident in providing direction, enforcing timelines, and fostering task ownership.
