Position Vacant: AM/Manager - MIS

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. System Management & Implementation

• Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of MIS systems.
• Manage enterprise-level and desktop software/hardware application planning and deployment.
• Ensure integrity and security of information systems, data, networks, and communication equipment.

2. Data & Policy Governance

• Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct periodic data audits and resolve data quality issues.

3. Strategy & Reporting

• Align MIS initiatives with overall business strategy and operational goals.
• Collaborate with management to understand system capabilities and optimize data processing resources.
• Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

4. Team & Operations Management

• Provide training, support, and coordination to end users on MIS usage.
• Manage and supervise IT/MIS team members, including performance monitoring.
• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Oversee operations related to data backup, storage, and retrieval.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in MIS / Computer Science / IT / or related field (Masters degree preferred).

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years in MIS management, preferably in a supervisory/administration role.

• Technical Skills:

• Database Management Systems (SQL / Oracle)
• Reporting & BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Soft Skills:

• Leadership & team management
• Project management
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
