Job Description

This Opportunity is with UNM foundation, CSR arm of Torrent group;

Landscaping & Lake Maintenance Oversight

Supervise design and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring alignment with specifications and budgets.
Manage lake and landscape upkeep, including cleaning, lawn care, pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation.
Handle procurement of plants, materials, and equipment for projects and maintenance.
Lead and train landscaping teams, ensuring safety compliance and quality standards.
Implement pest, disease, and weed control strategies to maintain healthy landscapes and lakes.
Conduct site assessments for water, soil, and drainage challenges.
Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, billing, and expense tracking.
Prepare BOQs, estimates, and verify bills.
Promote sustainable practices like native planting, water conservation, and organic fertilization.
Apply chemical, biological, and mechanical methods to maintain ecological balance.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Liaise with government officials and local bodies.

Education qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture / Landscape Architecture
Knowledge of engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP).
