About the Role:

Evangelize and demonstrate value and impact of analytics for informed business decision making by developing and deploying analytical solutions and providing data driven insights to business stakeholders to understand and solve for Insurance business nuances

Responsibilities:

Analyzing data from multiple angles, looking for trends that highlight areas of concerns or opportunities.
Driven and proactive in taking initiatives and driving implementation in coordination with the business stakeholders.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in machine learning, data analytics, statistics, data management, tools such as Advance SQL , Advance Excel,Starburst, python/R, big data, and visualization.
knowledge of innovation in analytics, analytics use cases and technologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions.
Experience in growth and development of advanced analytics as a practice.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Extremely strong bias for action with an impact-oriented mind set.
Proficient in SQL and deep expertise in building scalable business reporting solutions.
Past experience in optimizing business strategy, product or process using data & analytics.
Minimum 2 years work experience in a business intelligence and analytics role in the Insurance or financial services domain.
Working knowledge of Dashboard visualization and CLM tools.
Ability to execute cross functional initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to directly partner with business owners to understand product requirements.
Effective spoken and written communication to senior audiences, including strong data presentation and visualization skills.
Prior success in working with extremely large datasets using big data technologies.
Detail-oriented, with an aptitude for solving unstructured problem.
