As a Regulatory Compliance & Updates specialist, your role will involve ensuring the tracking of all regulatory requirements, guidelines, and directives from authorities such as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other regulatory bodies. You will work closely with internal departments to guarantee compliance across all business functions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement compliance policies, manuals, and internal codes of conduct - Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance testing to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks - Provide guidance to employees to ensure awareness of regulatory requirements and obligations - Maintain compliance-related documentation and ensure timely filings to RBI and other authorities - Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary changes in policies and procedures Qualification Required: - Qualified Company Secretary (LLB preferred) - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, with a preference for candidates with a background in NBFC or banking If any additional details about the company were provided in the job description, kindly provide them for a more comprehensive understanding of the role.,
