1.Working as Engineering person in-charge for 2W Engine.
2.Conducting Technical Reviews & Specification meetings with suppliers for part development
3.Monitoring development progress and resolving issues for smooth part development
4.Participation in Design Proto, Production Proto, Mass Production Proto trials for model development
5.Accessing vendor's technical capability to make parts as per desired specifications
6.Strategy formulation for supply de-risking and alternate source introduction
7.Exploring new technologies/regulations in 2W domain - EV's. Flex Fuel Engines, CAF Norms, OBD Norms
8.Strategizing to make products as per government regulations of Indian and global markets.
9.Implementing design requirements for engine performance & quality requirements.
10.Generating cost reduction ideas, organizing VAVE workshops to meet company targets
11.Benchmarking with competitors to improve customer satisfaction index.
12.Working on quality problems along with market quality team
