As an Assistant Manager, Analytical Modeling at Genpact, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that delivers business intelligence solutions. Your role will involve analytical interpretation using provided data, driving business decisions through deep data analysis and executive reporting, and effectively communicating with both technical and nontechnical partners. You will be responsible for performing day-to-day analyses associated with the rewards program, reporting on loyalty program performance, and identifying margin-positive opportunities for customer growth. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends, growth opportunities, and emerging players to ensure outstanding loyalty programs. Utilizing advanced analytics techniques, you will tackle business problems, update and adapt predictive modeling tools, and work closely with key partners to deliver analytically-based solutions that drive business results. Your responsibilities will include providing recommendations on reports and analyses, analyzing insights to support changes in business strategy, and creating informative written and visual reports or dashboards. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects will be a key aspect of your role. The qualifications we seek in you include an MSc in Quantitative Economics/Statistics and rich experience in Statistics modeling and analysis. Preferred qualifications for this role include proficiency in storyboarding, dashboarding, insight generation, analytics experience, being a good teammate, and having partner management skills.
