Alumni Relations Coordinator

As an Alumni Relations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to foster a positive and enduring bond between our educational institution and its graduates. You will play a pivotal role in organizing and managing various alumni activities, maintaining consistent communication with alumni, and supporting fundraising endeavors. Your key duties and responsibilities will include: - Planning, coordinating, and executing diverse alumni events and programs to engage and connect with graduates effectively. - Keeping the alumni database up to date by ensuring accurate contact information and records are maintained at all times. - Regularly communicating with alumni using a variety of channels such as newsletters, emails, and social media platforms to keep them informed and engaged. - Collaborating closely with the fundraising team to promote alumni donations and encourage their active participation in fundraising initiatives. - Devising strategies to involve alumni in institutional activities and events, thereby strengthening their bond with the alma mater. - Working in conjunction with other departments to achieve mutual alumni relations objectives efficiently. - Conducting surveys to gather feedback from alumni and understand their needs and preferences better. - Assisting in creating compelling outreach materials like brochures and promotional videos tailored to alumni engagement. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with alumni by promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns they may have.
