Qualifications: -

Advanced degree or professional certifications(e.g., CA Inter, CA's, MBA Finance, CFA etc.) is a plus.

Experience

preferably in AIF.

Salary - 40 K to 50 K Monthly

As part of Alternative Products team, you will play a crucial role in information gathering, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing various operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. You will work closely with internal teams, external fund managers, and service providers, to support the smooth functioning of the alternates portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liasoning with Fund Managers, Investor Relations Personnel of the Funds, Firms Relationship Managers (RMs) to gain insights on fund raising traction and provide weekly update to senior management.
• Liase with RMs/ investors to address queries and provide periodic updates on funds and alternate products performance.
• Obtain relevant internal approvals and executing legal documents by liaising with legal and compliance for onboarding new products.
• Assist in monitoring and analysis of fund performance including investment valuations and performance attribution. Generate performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Conduct periodic webinars with the fund managers and senior management of the companies which are part of the Alts portfolio.
• Evaluate new opportunities, assist in due diligence of both direct investments and funds.
• Assist in the preparations of IC memos and presentations.
• Any other additional activities related to alts portfolio determined from time to time
