Role: DevOps Engineer

About the Company

1. Identify systems and processes that can benefit from automation, monitoring, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and implement scalable solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement improvements in product performance, system reliability, security, backups, and customer experience.
3. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts; review technical specifications and user stories to ensure quality automation coverage.
4. Design, deploy, and manage scalable, highly available, secure, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS across development and testing environments.
5. Optimize existing AWS-based applications to improve performance and reliability.
6. Ensure system configuration, standardization, and compliance using configuration management tools.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple services, platforms, and functional areas.
8. Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, logging, and analysis of AWS infrastructure.
9. Conduct infrastructure cost analysis and drive optimization initiatives to improve cost efficiency.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  4 years of professional experience

  in DevOps or related roles
• Strong experience in

  CI/CD, code versioning, and deployment workflows

• Prior

  team leadership experience

  (managing 12 team members preferred)
• At least

  3 years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as

  Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy, GitLab

  , or similar
• Strong understanding of

  incident management and root cause analysis

• Experience monitoring system performance, customer experience, and KPIs
• Proven ability to build and manage

  scalable AWS infrastructure

• Comfortable working with

  Linux-based environments

• Proficiency in

  Python, Node.js, and PHP

• Experience configuring and managing databases such as

  MySQL and MongoDB

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with a wide range of open-source tools, cloud services, and DevOps best practices
