About the Role:
Fezinn Hotel is looking for a passionate and skilled All-Rounder Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in multiple cuisines such as South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Chinese, and be capable of maintaining quality, taste, and presentation standards in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support menu planning and contribute innovative ideas for new dishes.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required.
• Manage inventory and assist in kitchen cost control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an All-Rounder Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking methods and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts is an added advantage.
