Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our hotel sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing corporate accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly goals.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
