Job Description

MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
Proven expertise in vehicle dynamics, tire mechanics, and estimation or signal processing algorithms.Hands-on experience in Kalman filtering (EKF/UKF), particle filters, observer design, and machine learning for time-series data.Experience with physics-based modeling tools (e.g., MF-Tyre, FTire, CDTire) and multibody simulation platforms (e.g., CarMaker, VI-Grade, CarSim).Strong programming skills in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and embedded environments.Familiarity with embedded system constraints, lightweight model deployment, and automotive-grade software development.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
