Get A Way Tours is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual for a dual Sales and Backend Operations role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of our tour packages, from designing and quoting itineraries to coordinating with clients and managing all backend logistics. This position is central to ensuring our clients have a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Coordination:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries (via phone, email, and walk-in) with professionalism and expertise.
* Understand client preferences and requirements to suggest suitable packages or create tailor-made itineraries.
* Prepare and give clear, accurate, and attractive tour proposals and cost quotations to clients.
* Follow up with clients to close sales and build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
Backend Operations & Package Design:
* Design and customize creative and cost-effective tour itineraries for national and international destinations.
* Research destinations, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and entry requirements (visas, permits).
* Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local tour operators, to get competitive quotes and preferred rates.
* Manage the entire booking process, including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.
* Coordinate all pre-trip logistics and provide clients with all necessary travel documents (vouchers, tickets, itineraries, and travel advice).
* Provide support to clients during their trip, handling any issues or emergencies that may arise.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in a travel agency, preferably in a role covering both sales and operations.
* Knowledge:
* Strong geographical knowledge of popular domestic and international tourist destinations.
* Understanding of visa procedures, travel insurance, and international travel regulations.
* Skills:
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales and customer service orientation.
* Exceptional negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹9,852.26 - ₹52,410.88 per month
