We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Video Editor who lives and breathes social media. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite and have a passion for creating short-form video content (especially Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts) that is engaging, on-trend, and drives results.
You will be responsible for the entire post-production process, from ingesting raw footage to delivering final, polished videos that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Editing Short-Form Video: Assemble and edit raw footage into compelling, fast-paced videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Applying Creative Effects: Use Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to add dynamic text, motion graphics, transitions, and other visual effects that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
Audio & Color: Clean up audio, add music, sound effects, and perform basic color grading to ensure all videos are high-quality and on-brand.
Content Reformatting: Adapt and reformat existing video content (e.g., from client testimonials or webinars) into multiple short-form assets.
Trend-Spotting: Stay current with the latest social media video trends, editing styles, and platform features, and proactively suggest new content ideas.
Collaboration: Work closely with our social media managers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure a cohesive final product that meets the project brief.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain all video files, projects, and assets in a structured and accessible manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Portfolio is a MUST: A strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates expertise in editing short-form social media videos (please provide a link with your application).
Adobe Suite Expert: Proven, advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable)
Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics and text)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (for creating basic graphic assets).
Social Media Native: A deep understanding of what works on social media, particularly Instagram Reels. You know the trends, the pacing, and the hooks.
Strong Storyteller: Ability to tell a compelling story in 30-90 seconds.
Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, frame rates, and best practices for exporting video for social platforms.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for pacing, timing, and visual composition.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Pay: ₹12,772.91 - ₹34,836.36 per month
