Job Description

As an ALCM OPS - IRRBB REPORTING professional at HSBC, your role will involve independently producing and reviewing IRR reports, including EVE, NII, and NIM Actuals / Forecast reports. You will collaborate with other IRRBB teams and support teams to ensure all necessary inputs are received for reports. Your responsibilities will also include explaining variances, providing analysis and commentary, presenting MI packs to facilitate business decision-making, and assisting in stress-test exercises. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing Target Operating Model for IRRBB FinOps, ensuring effective end-to-end process documents are in place, identifying process gaps, developing key controls, and assessing risks proactively. Key Responsibilities: - Independently produce & review IRR reports such as EVE, NII, and NIM Actuals / Forecast reports - Liaise with other IRRBB teams and support teams to gather relevant inputs - Explain variances, provide analysis & commentary, and present MI packs for business decision-making - Assist in stress-test exercises and drive changes for improvement - Implement Target Operating Model for IRRBB FinOps and ensure RACI is implemented across all reports - Develop and maintain end-to-end process documents for BAU, stress testing, and ad-hoc reports - Identify process gaps, establish key controls, and collaborate with internal & external audit teams for satisfactory audit reports - Adhere to internal controls including data protection, compliance policies, and BCP / BIA planning Qualifications: - Postgraduate/graduate with 8+ years of experience in treasury, regulatory, or finance - Background in IRRBB, Treasury, Regulatory / Financial Reporting, or Global Markets preferred - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing large volumes of data - Excellent presentation & communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office suite - Knowledge of SQL database and QRM application is a plus - Ability to identify & mitigate risks, deliver automation, and support project delivery - Strong multitasking skills and ability to work within tight deadlines Join HSBC and contribute to a global financial services organization dedicated to enabling businesses to thrive, economies to prosper, and individuals to achieve their ambitions.,
