Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in YAML Infra CI CD Pipelines Azure DevOps Terraform PowerShell and ARM. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of CI CD pipelines using YAML to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery. Oversee the deployment and management of infrastructure using Terraform to maintain scalable and secure environments. Provide expertise in Azure DevOps to streamline development processes and improve team collaboration. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Utilize ARM templates to define and deploy Azure resources consistently and accurately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all technical implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance overall system efficiency. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Document technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Qualifications Must have strong experience with YAML for CI CD pipeline configuration. Must have hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code. Must be proficient in Azure DevOps for project management and automation. Must have expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks. Must have experience with ARM templates for Azure resource management. Nice to have experience with other cloud platforms and related technologies. Nice to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Certifications Required Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Terraform Associate Certification
