The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to passengers at the airport, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with information and directions as needed
Check-in and process passengers' tickets and baggage
Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor flight schedules and provide updates to passengers
