We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SPA Manager to oversee our premium spa operations at Mumbai Airport. Additionally, you will lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets while maintaining compliance with all airport and spa policies. As the SPA Manager, you will be responsible for cash handling, billing, appointments, daily operations, and other necessary details. Your success will be measured by meeting monthly sales and membership targets set by the company. The ideal candidate should have a bold personality, at least 2 years of experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and a presentable appearance to represent the spa's premium image.
