Airport Lounge Shift Incharge

As an Airport Lounge Shift In-Charge in the Aviation/Hospitality industry based in Delhi NCR, your role involves managing the lounge operations during your assigned shift. You will report to the Airport Lounge Manager/Manager Lounge Operations and be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive excellent service, thereby encouraging them to rate the service highly. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain positive relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
