Role Overview: As an Airport Lounge Shift In-Charge in the Aviation/Hospitality industry based in Delhi NCR, your primary responsibility is to manage the lounge operations during your assigned shift. You will be reporting to the Airport Lounge Manager/Manager Lounge Operations and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service, encouraging them to rate the service highly. Building and maintaining positive relationships with both external and internal stakeholders will also be a crucial part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the operations of the lounge during the assigned shift - Ensure all guests receive top-notch service and rate the lounge accordingly - Maintain cordial relationships with external and internal stakeholders Qualification Required: - Graduation degree - Certification in Food & Beverage (F&B) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the F&B industry - Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in an airport lounge Note: The above eligibility criteria are essential for the Airport Lounge Shift In-Charge role in our company.,
