Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures
  
• Responding to passenger inquiries and providing information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
  
• Ensuring the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
  
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues professionally
  
• Collaborating with other airport staff and departments to ensure efficient and timely operations
  
• Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  
• Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the airport terminal and facilities
  
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft
  
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Requirements:
  
• Minimum 10th or 12th pass, ITI certification is a plus
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
  
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
  
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport operations is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidates will be required to work 6 days a week, with one day off. The working hours will be based on shift schedules, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
