Aircraft Maintenance Technician (PAN India) – Freshers & Experienced Company Overview We are a leading aviation services provider operating across India. We’re expanding and seeking skilled and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians—from enthusiastic freshers to seasoned professionals—for deployment at various locations nationwide. Position: Aircraft Maintenance Technician Job Type: Full-time Locations: PAN India (rotational across airports/MROs) Vacancies: Multiple Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and deployment location) Annual compensation typically ranges between ₹2.2 LPA and ₹3.6 LPA depending on experience, with freshers on the lower end and experienced technicians earning more. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems—mechanical, structural, and avionics. Repair or replace faulty components; certify aircraft for safe operation. Ensure compliance with DGCA, OEM, and airline safety standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and certifications. Collaborate with team members to adhere to operational schedules and safety procedures. Qualifications & Eligibility For Freshers: Diploma or Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) or Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electronics stream (DGCA‑approved). Fresh graduates or those with limited experience welcome. For Experienced Candidates: Same educational credentials as above. Preferably 1+ year of experience in aircraft maintenance, MRO, or airline settings. General Requirements: Strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation. Willingness to travel and adapt to shift rotations. DGCA AME license (if available) is a plus but not mandatory. What We Offer Competitive compensation within the ₹20K–₹30K/month range.
