Air Ticketing & Travel Package Executive

As an experienced and customer-oriented Air Ticketing & Travel Package Executive at our travel agency in Ahmedabad, your role will involve managing the complete process of air ticket booking, cancellation, and re-issuance. You will be responsible for coordinating with airlines and travel portals for routine operations, resolving issues, and designing, promoting, and selling travel and holiday packages tailored to client needs. Additionally, you will handle client inquiries, create travel itineraries, prepare quotations, booking confirmations, visa assistance, and other related formalities. Furthermore, you will communicate and coordinate with hotels and travel service providers to confirm bookings, achieve monthly sales targets, and contribute to team goals. Your ability to handle emergency changes and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency, as well as effectively utilize computer and internet tools for package creation and information sourcing, will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete process of air ticket booking, cancellation, and re-issuance through airline portals and GDS systems. - Coordinate with airlines and travel portals for routine operations and issue resolution. - Design, promote, and sell travel and holiday packages tailored to client needs. - Handle client inquiries, create travel itineraries, prepare quotations, booking confirmations, visa assistance, and other related formalities. - Communicate and coordinate with hotels and travel service providers to confirm bookings. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. - Handle emergency changes and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency. - Use computer and internet tools effectively for package creation and information sourcing. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 5 years of experience in air ticketing and travel package management. - Hands-on experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) and airline portals. - Excellent communication, sales, and client relationship skills. - Good computer proficiency and internet research capabilities. - Knowledge of visa processing is an added advantage. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously. - Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Ahmedabad from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.,
