Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Ticketing Executive, located in Kozhikode. The Air Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling ticket sales, managing flight reservations, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will engage with clients to recommend flight options, process bookings, and address any concerns regarding travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to support and contribute to Sales initiatives
• Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and ticketing software
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field is preferred
