Job Profile as below –
Supervision of all activities of Air Branch. i.e., Air Export / Air Import / Domestic &
Breakbulk on daily basis.
Thorough Knowledge of Customs, HS Codes, Rules Notifications etc.
Knowledge of Costing and Expenses
Analysis the rates from different carriers / agents and taking out the best
competitive rate and sharing quotation to Customer. - One to one Enquiry /RFQs/
Tender / Bids
Follow up with sales team for the rates quoted
Supervision of sales and gross profit report to assess company efficiency.
Supervision of shipments on a daily basis and ensure timely delivery.
Responsible towards achieving target of the department
Revenue Generation for the department by meeting potential customers & existing
customers.
Managing & supervising team of 8-10 employees.
To work with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations.
new employees with training and new hire documentation.
Responsible for timely payment collection
