Job Title: Air Conditioning Support Technician

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Air Conditioning Support Technician to support our HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. This role offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to grow within the HVAC field under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in the installation, servicing, and repair of AC and HVAC systems
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
• Support in cleaning and preparing components, ducts, and units for installation
• Ensure work areas and equipment are maintained in a clean and orderly condition
• Comply with all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform basic labor tasks as directed, including lifting, moving, and holding materials in place

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of HVAC tools and procedures
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Willingness to learn and take instructions from senior technicians
• Prior experience in HVAC or construction environment is an advantage

• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Good communication skills
• Time management and punctuality

Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HVAC or AC-related experience: 1–2 years preferred
