Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Conditioning Engineer based in Kochi. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities. Daily tasks include inspecting and servicing air conditioning units, ensuring efficient functionality, and collaborating with a team to optimize building service systems. Additionally, the engineer will assist in maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HVAC systems, including maintenance, servicing, and repair.
• Experience in Building Maintenance, Building Services, and Facility Management (FM).
• Proven skills in general Maintenance & Repair of infrastructure and technical equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations in facility operations.
• Problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail in technical operations.
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to dynamic maintenance needs.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Prior experience in telecom or building service sectors is advantageous.
