The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine inspections, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves working closely with building services teams and facility management to ensure optimal building performance and comfort. Qualifications Expertise in HVAC and Maintenance & Repair skills Experience in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM) Knowledge of Building Services and related systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications or licenses in air conditioning and refrigeration technology Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in a relevant field is a plus
