The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Solution Architecture and Integration using Generative AI and Machine Learning. Hands-on experience in deploying Generative AI models in real-world scenarios is essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong leadership skills to mentor teams and deliver innovative solutions. Pre-sales and customer consulting skills are also required to work collaboratively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a prerequisite. A good understanding of the theoretical aspects of Machine Learning and Generative AI is necessary. Relevant certifications in AI/ML and Solution Architecture would be advantageous. Experience in the telecom industry is considered a plus.
