Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 3-8 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence models. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python programming, advanced ML/DL techniques, and Generative AI. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Development:
• Build and deploy advanced AI/ML models using Python-based libraries and frameworks.
• Implement machine learning techniques, including ensemble methods, reinforcement learning, and neural networks.
• Deep Learning Expertise:
• Design and optimize deep learning models using architectures such as GANs, LSTMs, and transformers.
• Apply domain knowledge in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems to solve business problems.
• Generative AI:
• Utilize Generative AI models for inferencing with LLM APIs.
• (Preferred) Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for custom applications.
• Data Processing and Management:
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets using Pandas, NumPy, and other data manipulation libraries.
• Manage data storage and retrieval using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Model Evaluation and Optimization:
• Perform cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation of model performance metrics to ensure robustness and accuracy.
• Data Visualization and Reporting:
• Create data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn to effectively communicate findings.
• API Development:
• Develop RESTful APIs for deploying AI/ML models using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Version Control:
• Maintain code repositories and manage collaborative workflows using Git and GitHub.
• Big Data Integration (Optional):
• Work with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark for large-scale data processing.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Expertise in AI/ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Deep learning knowledge with GANs, transformers, and LSTMs.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM APIs.
• Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Experience in cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with API development using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LLM training and deployment.
