AI/ML Manager

As a dynamic Techno-Managerial Leader with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning, you will be spearheading a high-performing team. Your role will involve leading and supervising a team comprising of over 10 data scientists, ML engineers, and AI developers. You will be responsible for architecting and supervising the development of GenAI and ML-based solutions, steering project execution, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, and maintaining solution quality. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in translating requirements into scalable ML/AI models. Additionally, mentoring junior team members and facilitating their skill development will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI developers - Architect and supervise the development of GenAI and ML-based solutions - Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and maintain solution quality - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ML/AI models - Mentor junior team members and facilitate their skill development Qualifications Required: - Substantial hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI frameworks such as LLMs, RAG, LangChain, among others - Proficient understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure - Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn - Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience in team management, specifically leading a team of at least 10 members If you are enthusiastic about this opportunity and believe you have the requisite skills and experience, please share your CV with us at moumita.po@peoplefy.com.,
