AI/ML Manager

As a dynamic Techno-Managerial Leader with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning, you will spearhead a high-performing team. You should have a proven track record in delivering AI/ML solutions and the ability to foster innovation while effectively managing cross-functional teams. - Lead and supervise a team comprising over 10 data scientists, ML engineers, and AI developers - Architect and supervise the development of GenAI and ML-based solutions - Steer project execution, ensure adherence to delivery timelines, and maintain solution quality - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ML/AI models - Mentor junior team members and facilitate their skill development The ideal candidate must have substantial hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI frameworks such as LLMs, RAG, LangChain, among others. Proficient understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn are prerequisites for this role. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience in team management, specifically leading a team of at least 10 members, is required.
