As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at SettleMint India, you will utilize your extensive experience in AI and machine learning to lead impactful initiatives within the company. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify business challenges, design data-driven solutions, and provide actionable insights to drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the machine learning team, including recruitment, performance management, and professional growth. - Develop and implement the company's machine learning strategy. - Collaborate in agile/scrum processes to design, test, deploy, and support machine learning models integrated with various applications. - Mentor junior ML engineers on technical competencies. - Generate insights from data sets, identify trends, and prepare reports using data visualization. Requirements: - Proven experience in implementing and deploying ML solutions at scale for real-world problems. - Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Image Processing, NLP, predictive & forecasting models. - Familiarity with AWS Sagemaker/Azure ML and advanced SQL. Experience with Pyspark and cloud platforms like AWS. - Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL. - Proficiency in Python Data Analysis Stack (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn). - Curiosity to learn and implement the latest developments in AI. - Self-motivated, independent worker with a keen eye for detail.
