AI/ML Lead

As the Lead Engineer at Biz2X, you will be leading the development and deployment of sophisticated AI solutions in fintech products. This includes overseeing a team of engineers, managing MLOps pipelines, and optimizing large language models (LLMs) to enhance financial technology services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing advanced ML models for various applications such as fraud detection, credit scoring, and algorithmic trading. - Developing and managing MLOps pipelines using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow for CI/CD, model monitoring, and automation. - Optimizing and operationalizing LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, BERT) for fintech applications like automated customer support and sentiment analysis. - Mentoring and leading a team of ML engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices. - Collaborating with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to align technical solutions with business objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - 6-10 years of experience. - Strong hands-on experience in Gen AI, ML Ops, Machine Learning, and CI/CD, RAG, OCR. - Experience in developing LLM models and working on Lan graph, Lang chain, Cloud 3.5, Open AI, Gemini. - Experience in data engineering. - Hands-on experience in Document Parsing Solution and LLM Based, Rule-based. - Technical skills include expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow). Proficiency in LLMs and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.,
