AI/ML Engineering Manager

As a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to work on document parsing, Named Entity Recognition (NER), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), chatbots, and intelligent document systems. Your passion for AI will drive you to work on large-scale, impactful projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing ML & DL models to solve complex business problems and enhance product functionality. - Building and deploying personalized LLMs for various applications. - Designing and implementing document parsing, NER, RAG, chatbot, and document processing systems. - Developing scalable data and ML pipelines for production. - Optimizing models for performance, scalability, and accuracy (hyperparameter tuning, model optimization). - Writing robust, production-quality code using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other AI frameworks. - Staying updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and integrating best practices. - Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliver AI/ML solutions that drive business value. In order to excel in this role, you are required to have: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, NLP, Computational Linguistics, or related fields. - 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML/DL models. - Strong programming skills in Python (experience with Spacy, NLTK, Hugging Face models is a plus). - Expertise in search & information retrieval (Elasticsearch, relevance tuning). - Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Crew AI). - Knowledge of MLOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI/ML deployment. - Experience with web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) for building APIs. - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
