Job Title: AI/ML Engineering Intern â Intern-to-Hire Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off), 10:30 AM â 7:30 PM About The Role â Intern-to-Hire Opportunity We are looking for a high-potential AI/ML Engineering Intern who is passionate about open-source technologies and AI applications in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This is a 3 to 6-month internship with a structured path to full-time employment (CTC: â¹4.5 LPA) based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI product development, and scalable machine learning solutions in a high-impact industry setting. Stipend & Conversion Path Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months Stipend: â¹15,000 per month Post-Internship Conversion: Full-time role with CTC â¹4.5 LPA , based on successful completion and performance evaluation Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and fine-tuning of AI/ML solutions tailored for BFSI use cases Work with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate business problems into AI solutions Preprocess datasets, implement model workflows, and run performance evaluations Conduct research and experiments on LLM use cases (e.g., chatbots, document automation, fraud analytics) Document code, models, and experimental results clearly and consistently Stay updated with trends in AI, LLM frameworks, and open-source ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, Ollama) Eligibility & Requirements Bachelor's Degree (2023 or 2024 pass-out) in AI/ML Engineering , Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Strong coding skills in Python (or Java) and understanding of machine learning concepts Exposure to ML frameworks like TensorFlow , PyTorch , or Hugging Face Transformers Familiarity with open-source LLM ecosystems and libraries (LangChain, Ollama, etc.) is a strong plus Good understanding of statistics, data structures, and model evaluation techniques Strong analytical mindset and self-learning ability Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team Interview Process (Intern-to-Hire Track) Technical Round â Evaluation of ML/LLM fundamentals and coding skills Product/Project Round â Understanding of BFSI use cases and solution approach HR & Communication Round â Evaluation of team fit and professional readiness Note: Use of AI agents or search tools during technical interviews is strictly prohibited . All coding tests will be monitored.
