Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Number of Positions: 5–10

Location: Remote (India-based)

Engagement Type: Full-time, Remote with occasional engagement

Notice Period: 2–3 weeks acceptable

We are looking for highly skilled AI/ML Engineers with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences domains. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with relevant certifications being an added advantage.

·       Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for pharmaceutical and life sciences applications

·       Analyze large datasets to extract insights and enhance predictive models

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development initiatives

·       Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance

·       Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices

·       2–4 years of proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer, preferably in pharma or life sciences

·       Strong knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

·       Proficiency in Python, R, and related programming languages

·       Hands-on experience with data processing, statistical analysis, and model deployment

·       Relevant AI/ML certifications preferred

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
