AI/ML Engineer

We’re building AI-driven decision intelligence systems for sports and markets.
This is not a research role, not a chatbot role, and not a toy ML project.

You’ll work on real-time prediction, probability modeling, and signal extraction used by real users. You’ll own models from data to production.

If your ML experience stops at notebooks and Kaggle scores, this role is not for you.

What you will do

• Design and build production-grade ML models for:
• Outcome probabilities & scenario modeling
• Momentum / regime-shift detection
• Time-series & event-based inference
• Build end-to-end pipelines:
• Data ingestion → feature engineering → training → inference → monitoring
• Work with live / near real-time data
• Optimize models for latency, stability, and explainability
• Collaborate directly with the founder on core product logic
• Make technical decisions — no hand-holding, no middle management

Tech & skills (non-negotiable)

• Strong Python
• ML frameworks: scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Solid understanding of:
• Time-series modeling
• Probabilistic thinking & uncertainty
• Feature leakage, bias, overfitting
• Experience deploying models via APIs or services

Bonus (not required, but valued):

• NLP / LLM agents
• Bayesian models / reinforcement learning
• Experience with sports, trading, odds, or market data

• “AI enthusiast” profiles

• Overconfidence without results

Pay: ₹409,259.65 - ₹1,675,057.19 per year
