AI/ML engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI/ML Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning models. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in data science, ML algorithms, and practical knowledge of production-grade ML systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement machine learning models and AI solutions to solve real-world business problems.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training and evaluation.

*
Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML models into production systems.

*
Monitor model performance and retrain or fine-tune as needed.

*
Research and prototype new ML algorithms or tools as per project requirements.

*
Document processes, models, and experiments thoroughly.

*
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

*
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning projects.

*
Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, XGBoost).

*
Solid understanding of ML concepts: classification, regression, clustering, NLP, deep learning.

*
Experience with model deployment tools and frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).

*
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).

*
Strong knowledge of data handling and querying (e.g., Pandas, SQL, NumPy).

*
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and Agile development practices.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.

*
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (MLFlow, Kubeflow, etc.).

Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
