AI/ML Engineer

As an experienced AI/ML Engineer, your role will involve developing, optimizing, and integrating machine learning solutions for client projects. You will play a crucial part in constructing AI-driven applications that cater to the evolving needs of clients within strict timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business problems - Develop and implement image comparison algorithms for similarity detection and visual matching - Translate client requirements into effective AI solutions with clear deliveries and timelines - Optimize existing models for enhanced performance, accuracy, and efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into larger systems - Evaluate and incorporate suitable ML frameworks, libraries, and tools - Implement data processing pipelines and feature engineering workflows - Conduct regular model evaluations and prepare performance reports Requirements: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field - 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML Solutions - Proven experience in building conversational AI systems or chatbots - Strong expertise in optimizing models for offline/on-device deployment - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) - Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, scikit-image) - Proficiency in NLP techniques for offline text processing - Familiarity with model training, fine-tuning, compression, and optimization techniques - Experience with edge computing for AI deployment - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: - Masters degree in computer science, AI, or related field - Experience with specialized hardware for AI inference (GPUs, TPUs) - Experience with local vector databases for efficient retrieval - Familiarity with federated learning approaches - Knowledge of Privacy-preserving machine learning techniques This job is a full-time position with health insurance benefits and a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, along with a performance bonus.
