AI/ML Engineer

As an experienced AI/ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and integrating machine learning solutions for client projects. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems - Developing and implementing image comparison algorithms for similarity detection and visual matching - Translating client requirements into effective AI solutions with clear deliveries and timelines - Optimizing existing models for improved performance, accuracy, and efficiency - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into larger systems - Evaluating and incorporating appropriate ML frameworks, libraries, and tools - Implementing data processing pipelines and feature engineering workflows - Conducting regular model evaluations and preparing performance reports Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field - 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML Solutions - Proven experience building conversational AI systems or chatbots - Strong expertise in optimizing models for offline/on-device deployment - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) - Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, scikit-image) - Proficiency in NLP techniques for offline text processing - Familiarity with model training, fine-tuning, compression, and optimization techniques - Experience with edge computing for AI deployment - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Preferred qualifications for the role include: - Master's degree in computer science, AI, or related field - Experience with specialized hardware for AI inference (GPUs, TPUs) - Experience with local vector databases for efficient retrieval - Familiarity with federated learning approaches - Knowledge of Privacy-preserving machine learning techniques This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits and a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
