AI/ML Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)

Experience: 3–5 Years (Minimum 3 years relevant ML experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer who can build and manage end-to-end machine learning pipelines, train ML & LLM models, perform data preprocessing, and deliver production-ready analytical solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on ML experience, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data preprocessing pipelines using Pandas and NumPy
• Train and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost
• Convert business requirements into actionable technical tasks
• Perform data analysis, slicing, and feature engineering
• Train and evaluate both traditional ML models and LLM models
• Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and presentations (PPT)
• Work with tools like GitHub & JIRA
• Independently plan and manage daily tasks
• Deploy or work with models in VM or cloud environments (basic cloud understanding required)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python, Pandas, NumPy
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost
• Hands-on ML model training & evaluation
• Good understanding of data engineering concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication & documentation capability
• Ability to explain ML workflows clearly to technical & non-technical teams

Education Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Information Technology, or related fields
