About the Role

Technical Lead – AI/ML

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of

  AI/ML solutions

  across NLP, Computer Vision, and Agentic AI use cases
• Architect and optimize

  deep learning models

  using

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, and TensorRT

• Build document classification, information extraction, and intelligent automation

  pipelines
• Work with

  vector databases

  (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.) for LLM-powered RAG systems
• Ensure

  efficient data workflows, model optimization, and GPU acceleration

• Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI products in FinTech and enterprise domains

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience (with at least 2+ years in a

  lead/mentorship role

  )
• Strong expertise in

  Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorRT

• Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and Computer Vision (OCR, Semi-OCR, Vision Transformers)

• Experience in model optimization, GPU acceleration, and scalable ML workflows

• Familiarity with MLOps tools

  for deployment and monitoring
• Strong problem-solving and research-driven mindset
