AI/ML Developer - Data Modeling

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models using Deep Learning and NLP techniques.
• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for various business use cases.
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines combining large language models with vector databases and retrieval frameworks.
• Preprocess, clean and transform structured/unstructured datasets to ensure quality inputs for model training.
• Build and deploy AI APIs and services into production environments using MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and research trends in AI/ML to drive innovation.
• Create documentation, guidelines, and reusable components for AI/ML pipelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 25+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (text classification, NER, summarization, question answering).
• Hands-on experience with RAG frameworks and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB).
