Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Gen AI Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience in Google Cloud technologies and a strong background in Payments. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in GCP STT TTS Gen AI and other Google Cloud services to drive innovation and efficiency. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our payment solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative solutions using GCP STT TTS and Gen AI technologies to enhance payment systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Google Cloud services such as Google Vertex AI and Google Cloud Natural Language into existing platforms.

Optimize the use of Dialogflow Virtual Agents and Google Assistant to improve customer interaction and service delivery.

Utilize Google Cloud Functions and Google Kubernetes Engine to ensure scalable and efficient deployment of applications.

Lead the development of applications using Node JS and Python ensuring robust and secure code.

Oversee the integration of Google Translation services to support multilingual capabilities in payment solutions.

Provide technical expertise in Google Dialogflow to design and implement conversational interfaces.

Analyze and interpret data using Google Cloud Platform tools to drive decision-making and strategy.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Payments domain.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Monitor and maintain the performance of cloud-based applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Conduct regular assessments of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Google Cloud technologies to continuously enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of GCP STT TTS and Gen AI technologies.

Demonstrate expertise in Google Cloud Platform and its various services.

Have a solid background in the Payments domain with practical experience.

Show proficiency in programming languages such as Node JS and Python.

Exhibit experience in deploying applications using Google Kubernetes Engine.

Display knowledge of integrating Google Cloud Natural Language and Dialogflow.

Understand the implementation of Google Assistant and Virtual Agents.
