Mandatory Skills:

LLM & Prompt Engineering:

• Strong expertise in

  Prompt Engineering

  techniques and strategies
• In-depth understanding of how

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  work, including control over

  hyperparameters

  such as temperature, top_p, etc.
• Experience in

  LLM fine-tuning

  ,

  prompt optimization

  , and

  zero-/few-shot learning

Agentic AI Frameworks:

• Hands-on experience with

  agent-based frameworks

  like:

• LangChain

• LangGraph

• Crew AI

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG):

• Implementation experience in

  RAG pipelines

• Experience in integrating

  vector databases

  with LLMs for contextual augmentation

LLM Evaluation & Observability:

• Knowledge of techniques and tools for

  LLM performance evaluation

• Familiarity with

  LLM observability platforms

  and metrics monitoring
• Ability to define and track

  quality benchmarks

  like accuracy, coherence, hallucination rate, etc.

Programming & Deployment:

• Strong programming skills in

  Python

• Experience deploying AI/ML models or LLM-based systems on

  at least one major cloud platform

  (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Build and monitor

  RAG pipelines

  for improved information retrieval
• Establish processes for

  evaluating and monitoring

  LLM behavior in production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and DevOps
• Ensure scalable and secure deployment of models to production
