Description:

• Developed and deployed real-time object detection systems using YOLO (Ultralytics) for detecting people, garments, tools, and custom classes.
• Built end-to-end computer vision pipelines using Python, OpenCV, cvzone, and NumPy to process video streams at 30+ FPS.
• Annotated and trained custom YOLO datasets for garment detection (shirts, pants, hangers, bundles, machines, etc.).
• Implemented object tracking (BYTETrack/DeepSORT/Sort) for real-time person/garment movement analysis.
• Integrated detection outputs into Flask APIs and dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Optimized YOLO models for GPU/CPU performance, including TensorRT conversion.
• Worked with MongoDB to store detection logs, timestamps, and analytics results.
• Designed alert systems to detect abnormalities (unknown person, missing garment, idle time, etc.).
