AI Voice Software Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Voice AI Solution Consultant to lead the design, optimization, and deployment of next-generation Voice AI systems. This role focuses on solving real-world challenges in latency, conversational smoothness, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven voice interactions. You will work closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to build high-performance voice pipelines that power enterprise-class AI Voice Agents.

Job Description

• Diagnose and reduce end-to-end latency across STT → LLM → TTS voice pipelines.
• Implement ultra-low-latency local/on-prem speech models (e.g., Whisper, Faster-Whisper, NVIDIA NeMo, OpenAI Realtime) for faster transcription.
• Integrate best-in-class TTS engines (local + cloud) and tune for naturalness, smooth transitions, and minimal response lag.
• Enhance conversational turn-taking, barge-in detection, silence trimming, and filler-reduction techniques.
• Measure, benchmark, and improve conversational KPIs (response time, interruption handling, user satisfaction, call completion rate).

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in Voice AI, Speech Processing, Conversational AI, or Realtime AI systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise in STT/TTS engines (Whisper, NVIDIA NeMo, Coqui TTS, Rime, Play.ht, ElevenLabs, etc.).
• Proven experience with real-time streaming frameworks and platforms (e.g., Pipecat, custom WebRTC pipelines).
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt design, RAG, dialogue management, and multi-agent workflow design.
• Experience optimizing latency in distributed or GPU-based inference systems.
• Solid programming skills in Python or Node.js, with experience in integrating audio pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, GPU servers, load testing, and observability tools.
• Experience deploying production-grade AI systems at enterprise scale.
